Pricing policy

Last updated: October 24, 2026. If a price at checkout and a price on this page ever disagree, the price shown in checkout for that order is the one that is charged. This page matches the prices published on the site on this date.

Monthly plans

• Essentials. $79 a month. 2 pickups. 20 lb included on each pickup.
• Household. $198 a month. 4 pickups. 30 lb included on each pickup. This monthly price is the recurring charge for a new Household signup after the $99 first month. A subscription that already started keeps the amount it was given.

New customers pay $39 for the first month of Essentials ($79 after that) or $99 for the first month of Household ($198 after that). The discount applies to that first month's plan price only. It does not apply to extra pounds, comforters, Molly's Suds, hangers, or later months.

After the first month, the plan renews at the full monthly price. Unused pickups roll over for up to 3 months.

One-time pickups

• Up to 20 lb. $75.
• Up to 40 lb. $149.

One-time pickups are full price. They do not include the first-month discount and they are not a subscription. Essentials is $79 a month. New customers pay $39 the first month.

Included with every order

Pickup and delivery are free, whether the clothes come back the next day or, when you choose it, within six hours of pickup. Your load is washed on its own.

Charged only if you add them or go over the included weight

• Extra weight. $1.99 per pound over the included weight, billed after we weigh the laundry, with an itemized receipt.
• Comforters. $8 each.
• Molly's Suds. $5 per bag.
• Hangers. $5 per pickup. You leave the hangers with the bag. We do not supply them.

When you pay

The amount due today at booking is the plan's first charge (or the one-time price), plus any extras you added that are priced before pickup, minus a referral credit if one applies. Pounds over the included weight, and any difference in bag counts we can only know at the door, are charged to the card on file after weighing. A tip is not part of the booking total.

Referrals and gift cards

When a referral code is valid, the friend gets $20 off the first payment and you get $20 in credit after their first paid order. A $100 gift card adds $110 of credit to the account it is redeemed on. Gift card and referral credit come off a later bill. They do not change the plan prices above.

Pausing, skipping, and canceling

You can skip a pickup, ask to pause, or ask to cancel from your account. We email you to confirm a plan change before it takes effect. [TO CONFIRM] any refund window for a payment already captured, and any fee or deadline tied to cancellation.
