What you can count on

• Background-checked pros. Every laundry pro passes a background check before their first order.
• Washed on its own. Each household's laundry is washed on its own and never mixed.
• Your detergent and notes. Fragrance-free detergent is standard. Add your own detergent or care notes when you schedule.
• Two-hour windows. Pick a window and leave the bag out. You don't need to be home.
• An itemized email receipt after we weigh the pickup.
• An order stepper in your account: Scheduled, Picked up, At the laundromat, Clean & folded, Out for delivery, and Delivered. While a load is being washed, the laundromat step reads Washing.
