New customers pay $35 for the first month of Essentials or $99 for Household. The discount applies to the plan price only, not to overweight or comforter charges. The regular monthly price applies after that.

We weigh your laundry when we process it. There's no weight cap. Each pickup includes a set number of pounds, and extra pounds are $2.49 each.

How much does it cost?
Essentials is $70 a month for 2 pickups, each with 20 lb included. Extra pounds are $2.49 per lb. Household is $198 a month for 4 pickups, each with 40 lb included. Extra pounds are $2.49 per lb. Pickup and delivery are included.
Is there a first-month offer?
Yes. New customers get 50% off their first month of Essentials ($35 instead of $70) or Household ($99 instead of $198). It applies automatically at checkout, to the plan price only (not overweight or comforter charges). After that, the regular monthly price applies.
What if my laundry weighs more than what's included?
There's no weight cap. Each pickup includes a set number of pounds, and every extra pound is $2.49 per lb.
What if I don't use all my pickups?
Unused pickups on monthly plans roll over for up to 3 months.
Can I cancel?
Monthly plans cancel anytime.
My household doesn't fit a plan.
