Privacy Policy

What we collect when you book a pickup, and the choices you have.

Last updated: October 24, 2026. This policy describes information handled through nolaundry.com, the customer account, and laundry pickup and delivery booked there. The privacy contact is support@nolaundry.com.

Items marked [TO CONFIRM] are not settled. [TO CONFIRM] the legal entity that controls this information. An earlier unpublished draft used the name No Laundry LLC and the address 5511 Parkcrest Dr, Austin, TX 78731. Do not treat that as confirmed.

Information we collect

  • Account and contact. Name, email, mobile number, and the sign-in code we email or text you.
  • Pickup details. Street address, apartment, ZIP, access notes you type, plan, pickup window, and care choices such as detergent and whether lights and darks are separated.
  • Order records. Status of the order, weight after we weigh the bag, photos taken for that order, and receipts.
  • Payment. Stripe charges the card. We keep a reference to the payment and the amounts on the order. We do not store your full card number.
  • Waitlist. If we do not serve your ZIP yet, we store the email and ZIP you submit so we can tell you if we expand.
  • Site measurement. Vercel Web Analytics records page views and the booking events the site sends, such as which step of scheduling you reached. Vercel Speed Insights measures loading speed. These tools are for understanding the site. We do not use them to sell ads.
  • Location you choose to share. If you tap the button to use your current location, your browser sends coordinates so we can suggest a street address. You can type the address instead.

How we use it

We use this information to check that we serve your address, schedule and complete pickups and deliveries, charge the amounts described at checkout and in the pricing policy, send order updates, answer support requests, and keep the site working. We do not sell personal information.

Text messages and email

Order texts and emails go to the mobile number and email on the booking. You can also opt in to occasional news. Marketing email is optional and you can unsubscribe. Reply STOP to opt out of texts. Message and data rates may apply.

Who we share it with

We share what a laundry pro needs to complete your order, such as the address, access notes, and care instructions. The pro does not get your phone number in the customer account flow. We use Vercel to host the site, Supabase to store account and order records, and Stripe to take payment. We share information if the law requires it. We do not give your details to data brokers.

Laundry pro location

While a pro is on an active stop, the pro app can share that pro's location so dispatch and the order tracker can show progress. That location is about the job, not about tracking you at home. [TO CONFIRM] how long pro location history is kept.

Automated tools

We use software to offer pickup windows, weigh-in totals, and order status. [TO CONFIRM] whether customer notes or photos are also processed by an outside automated or AI vendor, and if so which vendor and for what purpose.

How long we keep it

[TO CONFIRM] retention periods for accounts, orders, photos, messages, and pro location. We keep records that tax, payment, and legal rules require us to keep. You can ask us to delete an account by emailing support. We may retain a minimal record of a charge where we have to.

Your choices

You can see and correct the address, plan, and care preferences in your account. You can ask us for a copy of the order information we hold, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@nolaundry.com. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Account access uses a one-time code rather than a password you reuse. Payment details are handled by Stripe. No method of storage is perfect, and we cannot promise that unauthorized access will never happen.

Children

The service is for adults booking laundry for a household or a business. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child sent us personal information, email support and we will delete it.

Changes

We will post updates on this page and change the date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use customer information, we will email customers.
