If you are not happy with the wash, we will re-wash it for free. Ask within 48 hours of delivery.
Loss or damage cover is up to $500 per order on verified claims.
Every order is weighed and recorded on video.

We have not published a separate exclusions list. If something is wrong with an order, call or email and we will look at that order with you.
