No Laundry LLC (NoLaundry) texts you only after you check a consent box. The boxes start unchecked. Order alerts and marketing texts are separate choices.

The program
NoLaundry (No Laundry LLC) offers transactional and account SMS alerts: pickup reminders, pro en-route and arrival updates, wash, dry, and delivery completion alerts, and two-way order support. Marketing messages are optional and only go out if you check the separate marketing box.

Where consent is collected
Residential booking: open /start?step=contact. The contact step shows two unchecked boxes, one for transactional pickup and delivery alerts and one for marketing texts, plus the disclosure “By checking this box, you consent to receive… Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel.” Each box links to the Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Business signup: the business form shows the same unchecked transactional box, and a separate unchecked marketing box, next to the phone field.
After you submit
If you checked the transactional box, the confirmation says SMS opt-in is on and that you will receive pickup and delivery texts. If you left it unchecked, the confirmation says we will not text you. Marketing is reported separately.
Reply STOP (or END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT) to any message to opt out of SMS messages at any time. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
