We weigh every bag at pickup. If you go over your included pounds, it's $1.99/lb and you get a receipt with the weight.

Choose how you want us to handle your laundry. We'll remember it for every pickup.

Clothes separation

Choose whether lights and darks are washed together or separately.

Detergent

Choose the detergent you'd like us to use. Hypoallergenic, unscented is included.

Hangers

Everything folded is included. A hanger return is $5 per pickup, using hangers you leave with the bag.

By default we wash cold and tumble dry on medium. Tell us anything else, like folding towels separately or no plastic bags.

Add-ons are charged to your card after pickup, with an emailed receipt. Recurring pickups are on for your plan, and you can skip or change any pickup from your account.
