    Do I need to be home?

    No. Leave your bag at the door. We pick it up and bring it back washed and folded.

    How fast do I get it back?

    Free same-day delivery within six hours of pickup, or next-day delivery. A $10 fee applies only for a pickup today that starts within 6 hours CT.

    What detergent is included?

    Hypoallergenic Free & Clear detergent is included. You can switch to Molly's Suds or bring your own when you schedule.

    How do I skip or reschedule?

    Skip or reschedule up to 24 hours before pickup.
